Seafood

The phosphate mixtures titled “SeaPA” are intended for the fish and sea products processors. The main function thereof is to increase water content and prevent its loss during further processing (such as storage, cooking), due to which the seafood has an improved yield.

No less important feature of SeaPA is improvement of the product texture providing for delicacy and juiciness of the food. They also contribute to stabilization of pH and sequestration of metal ions - thus preventing oxidizing processes, which is important for the improvement of appearance and preservation of natural colour of the final product.

In addition, the SeaPA mixtures partly inhibit growth of microorganisms.

Packaging: The goods are packed in PE bags of 25 kg. The packaging in big bags of 400 kg, 600 kg, 900 kg or 1000 kg or small PE bags of 10 kg, 15 kg or 20 kg is possible as well.
Expedition: The goods are usually dispatched on EURO palettes.

All the SeaPA mixtures are Kosher and Halal certified.
