Meat

The Fosfa company is a producer of a range of phosphate products for the processing of meat and poultry. The phosphate mixtures MASOFOS, HAMIFOS, and SeaPA provide the meat processors with many useful properties, such as increase of water content, emulsification, acceleration of conservation, and preservation of taste.
The other benefits of the phosphate mixtures include the improvement of meat products and preservation of optimum meat colour. The required effect is accomplished by the pH value modification, increase of ionic strength, sequestration of metal ions, and interaction with meat proteins.

In particular, the MASOFOS product line includes buffer and emulsifier salts, while the HAMIFOS product line is mostly intended for pickle and coat mixtures.
Our production flexibility allows us for the production of phosphate mixtures based on individual requirements of our customer.

All the phosphate mixtures are certified by Kosher and Halal.

Hamifos 320 E 451, E 450 8,7 - 9,1 55,0 - 59,0 Injection salt with good solubility. Suitable for ham products. It should be solved in water before salt is added.
Hamifos 300 E 451 9,5 - 10,2 54,5 - 57,5 Injection salt for all kinds of injected products with good solubility.
Masofos 317 E 451, E 452 8,9 - 9,5 min. 56,0 Injection salt with good solubility. Suitable for ham products and frozen poultry. Special composition of phosphates allows this blend to use in hard water.
